Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship via Canada Post and offer flat rate shipping anywhere in Canada and internationally on all available products.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
All sales are final for all purchases of VISTA products and we do not refund or exchange. Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged or does not match its description on the website.
Where are your products produced?
All of our products are proudly designed and manufactured in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
What kind of payment do you take?
Payment shall be made by a credit or debit card, PayPal or other form of payment approved from time-to-time by VISTA. Approved credit and debit card types are listed in the Online Shop. You have to supply your payment details when you place your order.
How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?
We’re dedicated to offering the best shipping methods available to ensure that your order reaches you quickly and safely. Shipping rates will vary, based on the specified delivery method, shipping address and total price of the merchandise in your cart.
What if I receive damaged or incorrect merchandise?
Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged or does not match its description on the website. In this case, you may return the product within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of receipt of the delivery. Deployed or used items are ineligible for return. Once we have received and validated your returned items, we will confirm it to you by email. Refund will be processed by us and confirmed by email.
